Reading and talk by author Joan Livingston

A Fairhaven native who frequently visited the Millicent Library in her youth, Joan Livingston is the author of the Isabel Long mystery series and other novels set in western Massachusetts where she now lives. She will talk about her writing experience, including how she overcame a 25-year writer’s block, and her books in particular. She will read from the latest, Northern Comfort, a dark drama about the haves and have nots in a rural town. There will also be a sneak peek into Missing the Deadline, the seventh in the Isabel Long Mystery Series, which darkstroke books is releasing later this year.
This talk will take place in the auditorium of the Millicent Library. Use the Walnut Street entrance. Disabled Accessible. Free.
