Black History Talk

With the support of the Select Board, the Belonging Committee will be hosting a Black History Month event to learn more about local efforts to increase equality in our community. Speakers will be Renee Ledbetter, president of the New Bedford Chapter of the NAACP, and Atty. David Gomes. In addition, a proclamation will be given in honor of Dr. Jibreel Khazan for his efforts in the Civil Rights Movement. Light refreshments, and informal socializing.
